If an email sent to you comes back as blocked and asks us to apply for approval, the email will be considered as lost. No further action will be taken on our part. Our normal shipping process for instock items takes 2-3 business days + ship time. If your order or part of your order is out of stock or being built for you we will send you an e-mail confirming this. We make every attempt to update you on status changes but our main concern is getting your product out the door.
We manufacture Happy Trails (TM) merchandise, during our busy season we do become backordered and it is hard to keep inventory in stock. We are working very hard to get your products out to you in a timely manner and appreciate your patience in waiting for these quality American made products.
GIVI orders are sometimes drop shipped, please allow a little longer processing time for these orders.
Gerbing orders can take 2-7 business days for in stock items but certain items are made to order and will take between 3-6 weeks.
First Gear, Gericke, and Fieldsheer items are usually in stock and take the normal processing time.
If your order is shipped UPS you should receive an e-mail with a Tracking number directly from UPS’s QuantumView. UPS shipping time takes from 2-7 business days depending on how far you live from Idaho. If you need information about your order before it is shipped please give us a call. Your order will show "in process" on the website. No further information will be available on the website. After your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number by e-mail, you can track your order from www.ups.com.
