This listing serves as the basis of a sales contract between Earl Damron and Happy Trails Products. Terms are as follows: bike is sold as-is with no warranty; equipped as above with the addition of OEM handguards and balancers; $500 non-refundable deposit made via credit card; Earl will have 14 business days to make payment in full. Bike can be stored indefinitely in a secure supervised storage facility first 30 days free after that $35/month until time of pickup.
