Happy Trails began in the late 1980s with a simple idea:
build high-quality parts for the motorcycles we love to ride.
What started in a small Idaho workshop has grown into one of the most trusted names in adventure, dual sport, and off-road motorcycle luggage, racks, and protection. But no matter how much we grow, our values stay the same.
We are a family-owned business in Boise, Idaho, and we consider every employee part of our extended family.
Where many companies choose to outsource for higher profit, we choose a different path:
Designed in-house
Fabricated in the USA
Crafted by skilled American welders and fabricators
Supporting our local community
We believe in doing what’s right for our neighbors, our riders, and our products—not what’s easiest.
Everyone at Happy Trails rides.
We understand the peace, challenge, and exhilaration of a good ride—the hum of the bike, the rhythm of the trail, the sense of freedom only motorcyclists know.
That passion drives everything we build.
We ride what we build, and we only release a product after:
multiple real-world test iterations
thousands of miles of use
absolute confidence in its performance
If we don’t trust it on our own bikes, we won’t sell it for yours.
From luggage systems and racks to skid plates, engine guards, and model-specific accessories, every Happy Trails product starts with a rider’s problem and ends with a rider’s solution.
Whether you’re commuting, crossing states, or exploring remote backcountry, our goal is simple:
Give you parts you can trust—wherever the trail leads.
If you have questions, need help finding parts, or want to suggest a new product, our team of riders, technicians, and engineers are always happy to help.
You can reach us by phone or email anytime.
Over the years, we’ve earned a loyal community of riders who trust our products and our people. We’re grateful for every customer who chooses Happy Trails, and we’re committed to earning that trust every day.
Ride safe. Ride far. Ride with confidence.
