Return & Exchange Timeline & Eligibility

  • 60-Day Window
    • Returns must be initiated and received by us within 60 days of the original shipping date.
    • Items arriving after 60 days cannot be accepted.
  • Our Error / Manufacturer Defect
    • If the return is due to our mistake or a proven manufacturer defect, we cover all return costs and provide a full refund or exchange.

Fees for All Returns & Exchanges

  1. If Return Arrives Within 25 Days of Original Shipment
    • You pay return shipping (typically between $15-$30) + a $10 restock fee.
  2. If Return Arrives After 25 Days (Up to 60 Days) or Original Shipment
    • You pay return shipping (typically between $15-$30) + a $10 restock fee + an additional 5% of the item cost.

Condition Requirements

  • Resalable Condition
    • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in undisturbed original packaging to qualify for a return.
    • No returns on any products showing signs of installation, use, or modification.
  • Opened Packages
    • May require a $5–$25 re-boxing fee, depending on the product.

  • All return shipping is paid for by the customer. Return shipping costs and will be reduced from the refund. Items returned must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original packaging, and must be saleable as new.

  • Returns must be made within 60 days of the shipping date.

  • No cancellations, refunds or returns can be accepted on special orders. This includes all windscreens and Corbin seats.

  • Please note: Refused packages or packages returned to sender will automatically incur a $25 handling fee, plus any return shipping costs.

  • Incorrect Item Shipments: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. Please email support@happy-trail.com for assistance.

  • Closeouts and Discontinued Items: Items in the closeout category are not returnable and non refundable. All sales in the closeout and discontinued categories are final.
