Happy Trails Products Return Policy 
and Return Authorization Form

 We don't use return authorization forms. Please enclose a copy of the original Order with the Return.

  • Happy Trails manufactured products:  All products manufactured by and bought from Happy Trails can be returned for 100% credit toward the purchase (exchange) of new and different products. Used or modified parts are not eligible for return or refund unless a manufacturer defect can be proven beyond reasonable doubt. For products that have been opened there can be a rebox fee of from $5 to $25 depending on the product in question. In the event you would prefer a refund, a restocking fee of up to 25% could be charged so we can continue to offer you quality products at a reasonable price.

  • Products not manufactured by Happy Trails: No refunds can be accepted unless the product is resalable as new. This generally means the original packaging of the product is undisturbed and always means no returns can be accepted on products where installation has been attempted. Providing the product can be sold as new you may choose 100% credit toward the purchase (exchange) of new and different products or a refund with a possible  restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • All return shipping is paid for by the customer. Items returned must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original packaging, and must be saleable as new.

  • Returns must be made within 60 days of the shipping date.

  • No cancellations, refunds or returns can be accepted on special orders. This includes all windscreens.

  • Please note: Refused packages or packages returned to sender will automatically incur a $25 handling fee, plus any return shipping costs.
  • Return process for orders placed online: Please emailsupport@happy-trail.com for assistance.

  • Incorrect Item Shipments: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. Please emailsupport@happy-trail.com for assistance.

  • Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. Please email support@happy-trail.com for assistance.

  • Closeouts and Discontinued Items: Items in the closeout category are not returnable and non refundable. All sales in the closeout and discontinued categories are final.
