We love this pillion plate for extending the capabilities offered by this great bike. Suitable the R1200GS but not the GSA. The plate is perfect for securing a tent, duffel or even a top box (see more photos for the plate with a 29L top box). Coupled with our tubular tail rack you have a great system which vastly extends the luggage hauling capability of the excellent BMW R1200GS.

 

No installation is necessary. The plate comes fully assembled and ready to snap it on like the seat and use the key to remove it.

We have not made a small tail plate fro the R1200 GSA Only.

You could combine the HTP1-12-8 Pillion Rack and the the HTP1-12-6
