Happy Trails Universal Light Bracket Complete Kits (KLR650 1987-2018)

Build the ideal clamp for your application. Our universal clamp system allows you to buy just what size and shape is needed to mount a set of auxiliary riding lights, GoPro camera, auxiliary horn, tool tube, etc. to most round tubing sizes.

Mounting clamp will fit 5/8" tube with appropriate bushing option. Designed to fit the round tube arms of all Happy Trails PD Nerf Bars and most OEM protection bars. But with some creativity, they can also be used to mount accessories to our SU or SL rack arms, frame tube or just about any other round tube on your bike.

Clamp is machined from Billet aluminum and depending upon the item to be mounted, can be used independently or in conjunction with our optional steel bracket.

Complete Kit Includes:

1. Clamp Kit: (two) Billet aluminum U clamps, (four) 1" flat washers, (four) 6mm bolts, (four) lock washers, (two) strips of grip tape.

2. Bushing Kit: (two) plastic bushings for chosen tube size.

3. Bracket Kit: (two) brackets of chosen style (horizontal). Instructions. Light pictured is not included.
